Seller Transaction Management

- Ensure all documents are proofread and executed properly
- Schedule & Confirm Inspections, Appraisal, Final Walkthrough, Seller reminder for utilities, Closing, and Condo Docs (if applicable)
- Update MLS to Pending/Close
- Prepare Commission Statement, as needed
- Upload all Compliance Documents
Listing Coordination for Office Exclusives

Buyer Transaction Management

- Review Disclosures & Addendums
- Ensure all documents are fully executed with proper dates, initials, and signatures
- Deadline Tracking & Communication with Agent, Buyers, Lender, and Title
- Communicate Status Updates and Resolve Outstanding Items
- Prepare Commission Statement/Submit for Compliance
